Lake Weekend! (:
First, Praise God for bringing the rain this semester so we could have some water in the lake! (: Second, Lake Weekend is something that we've done since sophomore year @ Clemson. It's a weekend where alllll of our friends head to the Martin's Lake House for a weekend of boat rides, good food, fun, fellowship .. and games! Carolyn was awesome enough to bring her Wii -- so we had a Wii competition, played board games, read & of course...slept (a lot!)
While Lake Weekend didn't officially start until Sunday, Haley & I got up early Saturday morning and headed to the grocery store to buy the needed food for the weekend. After that, we headed out to the lake - meeting Mike, Chris Powers, John D & his girlfriend Elizabeth! We did a lot of lazing around & tried the new Pizza Place in town (I think it's called the Carolina Pizza Co.) - other than being a little expensive, the pizza was great! (:
